Living a very blessed life here in the mountains & woods of Northeastern Pennsylvania, surounded by National Park and kept warm by my partner King of 25 years , a pair of Westies named Willie and Argyle and a wonderful community of friends.

I work as an RN with a speciality in HIV /AIDS and lifelong interest in all modalities of healing the body, mind and spirit.
The “job”as it is is really my karma yoga - I like that better than the merging of Spirit and Capitalism thing. Pain Management and End of Life are my other areas of specialty.  I am curently on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Nurses in AIDS Care: http:/www.nursesinaidscare.org/

I live a yogic lifestyle for the most part ,and have a Teacher  of many years named Ngeton and a wonderful sangha over on Maui where I go for retreats quite often.  Enjoy purusing  What is Enlightenment and other such forums but for me the most enduring  awakenings have always come through the Heart  and not the Mind - whether that be sitting in the Presence of an Awakened One, sitting by a waterfall,  reading poetry, chanting singing or waking up  in a tent by a trickling stream.
